  10. I'm guessing since you don't have full admin it would just be done through console. Ma_freeze "player" or whatever. Use steam id's though. They don't ban because thats basically full admin. The apprentice admin is basically to see how players react in situations, and how well they handle under times when people break rules. After so many weeks, the players who have deserved it will probably get picked or 'graduated' as haggard likes to say.
