fixed FINALLY in the msconfig in the section general i did normal startup and it loads with all 4 cores and i can change the setting through advanced options again

i find it funnier that TCP of all people got it from a bodybuilding website.

not im waiting for when my brother comes down from college cause he most likely knows how to fix this, though i will get a lot of grief from him about it.

do what rawrberrytot says but dont worry about writing down your addons ive packed up my whole gmod\gmod folder with all the models lua scripts addons etc and ive got the best stuff on there. so find a site where i can upload upload 1gb+ with a free account

not exactly i used the program it was made to be used but it has a fault where you can not restore the changes.

well if it was broken it would be not working period its more of a "fault" or something.

wow everyone posted saying its broken. its not i know how to fix it now i knew how to fix it before i realized it didnt show all the cores and actually the way i did it was a step by step thing from the developers of the game. even after pulling the cmos battery for 5 minutes it still didnt reset and on cpuz it shows 1 core and 1 thread

its not fucked up its jut not running all cores

use msconfig go to boot then advanced options. its got something to do with amd/ati either that or pirate only post if you have soemthing constructive to say

i disabled my cores through msconfig to play the saboteur because there was a fix for amd cpus when you disable it to 1 core and when i try to restore it to quad it wont let me and only shows one core

thats what he means cause i have vista on 2 computers but one is not connected to the internet atm so ya

i have vista oem for system builders and ive reinstalled like 5 times so yea. and wrathek is selling windows cd keys
