1. Open your Steam. 2. Click on "My Games" 3. Right click on Counter Strike: Source 4. Click on "Properties" 5. Click on "Local Files" 6. Click "Verify Integerity of Game cache...", Wait for it to finish. 7. Open your Start Menu 8. Look up C:\program files\steam\steamapps\counter-strike source\cstrike\maps 9. Delete Your Maps folder. (Then start your CS:S and see if it works.). If that doesn't work delete your cstrike folder then start your CS:S again. But you'll have to download all server files of servers you've been too.
