Bullet Wound

Alright lately i have been having some weird (and really bad lag) in-game. I say weird because there is really no cause for this lag, at first i thought it was my graphics card was failing, but after running the Video test in CS:S i got a framerate of over 150 and no lag at all. Only other thing i can think of is that its my internet, except i've gone to 2 different places (i use a laptop) and both give me the lag. Any ideas/suggestions?

I think yellow would be a sweet colour for admins, give them back there crappy green, and give us yellow! (White was pretty bland and boring, maybe give it to everyone else lol.) And whats with no tag saying im admin, really....Now there is nothing on the forums that actually say im admin.

Just get the basic, everything else just has xtra features which require more RAM to use and which you wouldn't use anyways. And after you install XP again, BURN THE DAMN VISTA OS.

3G....on a laptop....really? I mean, the vast majority of laptops only have 2 slots for RAM, granted they could have easil just put in a 2G and 1G stick...but still, the common thing for laptops is to have matching RAM sticks (1G and 1G,512 and 512 if its older). If you have 3Gs RAM, then its only safe to assume the rest of the hardware is as good, therefore it should not have anything to do with your hardware.

His OS isn't the problem however there is a reason why Vista requires more RAM to run the same program that XP can run. That being said, Daze did give the best advice here....in fact he was the only one that gave real advice. Just in-case people are wondering, Vista uses more RAM then XP for just to run itself and all its xtra features, in fact it uses a certain percentage of all the ram you have (i don't know the percentage so don't ask). So having Vista is gimping him (bad term i know, but it works), but its not his problem in this case. So yea...do what Daze said, that's my advice.

its a horrible map. Jaffa if you NEED to have smart CTs for a map to be good, then the map will never be good, because you will never have an entire CT team that is smart. Facts are that Ts are facing the only way to open the cells, and some of them have guns. SOOOOO easy for Ts to rush the people that open the cells. Armory is right at start, and not hard for them to get to. In short, map fails, and should be removed.

Anyone else find it weird that this guy has one post, joined in January, has only played the servers a few days, and thinks AirAssault is a good addition to the community.....which this person has been with for a few days:confused1:

AirAssault if you don't stop spamming the forums with threads to get you unbanned (which really are not working at all if you hadn't noticed) the higher ups will get sick of it and forum ban you, then you will never be able to come back...ever, kinda like a perm ban really....
