Plug the pink cord in the microphone slot/hole 3. Open up your sound card/ speaker control panel and see if "Microphone" is checked. It usually is for Realtek 4. Open up CS or a sound recorder and test it out. Notes: Use google or check out the customer support forum of Creative if my method doesn't work. Link to comment
