synchronized Christmas lights rig

In the fire department, competition is a really big deal, everyone wants to be better and in this years Christmas parade, I'm going to make my engine win the 2009 Christmas parade trophy. But first I need some help.

 

Originality is the most important, and i am the first to come up with the idea of synchronizing Christmas lights on a fire apparatus ( DO NOT STEAL MY IDEA I WILL BURN UR HOUSE AND NOT PUT IT OUT! j/k j/k, OR AM I?) anyways, i need some help setting this bitch up.

My first question is, What do i need to get in order to plug to a laptop, both the "fake" speaker and the real big ass speakers, is there an adapter for it?
