Difference between these two products?

Just wondering what it the difference between these two DDR3 Ram kits, and which one is better.

I was considering getting one of these because all of the cheaper 6GB kits are out of stock, and if anyone can tell me if OCZ makes good ram?

 

 

EDIT: I guess they are just the same thing, just different shells because they have the same model number.

OCZ is one of the top RAM makers. G Skill, OCZ, Corsair, Geil, Kingston, Mushkin, A Data, Crucial, Patriot would be how I would rank the companies that make RAM (best to worst), but I'm not very experienced when it comes to RAM, I just get the cheapest kit with the best timings, so don't take my word when it comes to RAM.

 

Sorry, but I can't help you with the 2 RAM above. I'm not sure myself.

From what I read (and see), the heatspreaders are different.

Also, the ones with the black heatspreaders are certified for use on motherboards with the X58 chipset and have XMP profiles, which are ready to go overclock profiles stored on the SPD (
