Take the script from zm where zombies can talk to zombies but not humans, modify so dead people cant talk to living and get rid of the writing barrier that both can see! then u have everyone happy and u dont stfu for 5 minuts that seems like forever when ur eager to play again!! Also then spam a lot to draw ct's attention and distract them from doing there job when there dead. It has happend in the past the server got spammed a lot when people where dead and also spam chatboxes. Its not manageble to mute Mics and let people talk in chat when there dead. Or all mute when dead or not. Its also not controllable to let the mute be off and let people talk. It will get to chaos and let to a lot of warning/kicking of players. Its only to keep the game fun for people. Face it a lot cant keep there mouth shut when there dead and bitch about being freekilled or QQ about it. And all muting does is delay that bitching and make them even more pissed cause they can't rage right away, so they do it at the start of the round. Which makes it harder for the CTs to give order cause they need to wait for everyone to stop bitching. If you can talk while dead only to other people that are dead it would be better because: A) The people who rage can vent without interrupting the game B) The can actually talk to the people who killed them (assuming that person dies) and discuss it without interrupting the game C) Players can actually feel like they are still playing since they can comment on the game to others It doesn't matter if they spam shit cause they're dead, its not interrupting the game at all. So yea....its a better idea to have everyone who is dead ONLY be able to talk to the dead, once they die. If the dead could just talk in general i would agree with your points, it would be a horrible idea. Quote Link to comment
