First question is what do you have now..second what are you trying to achieve...50-60 pounds wont get you really far but it could still be an update

HD4650 for 50-60 pounds I believe. A pretty low end card though.

...if you find a cheap 4870 why not..remember ati requires 2 pcie 6 pins so make sure you have a psu that can follow before you buy a card.

If you can look at GTX 260..if you dont have the cash maybe a 250 will do..its stil a nice upgrade from what you have

Well ati's all use 2pcie 6 pins plugs and the GTX260 and do as well..if you get one of these cards make sure you have 2 plugs some lower wattage psu only have one
