You must also be atleast 16 years of age and agree to the admin rules Listed Here. Becoming an admin does not cost you anything, It is simply a change in status which is given as a privilege. After you have submitted your application the Community Advisors will vote on wether to allow you into the Program. If you are accepted you will be given limited admin powers and will have to prove you deserve to be upgraded to a full admin. This will also be voted on by the CA group. As an admin you will receive special access on the forum, Mani Admin powers, reserved slots on all servers, and admin skins on all gaming servers. You have to apply, there's no charge.
