Error in Previewing my Threads

Whenever I post a player compliant, or any other thread I start, i get the error message

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function construct_attachment_add_js() in /home/steamgam/public_html/forum/misc.php(100) : eval()'d code on line 764"

Have any Idea? (Im using FireFox)
