I often put u instead of you because its just a habit. (Notice no apostrophe?) If I have to type something proper or formal like a CV or essay then ofcourse using correct grammar is essential. Spelling does not matter if your Bubblez, although it does matter if it's someone else. But I do agree it's necessary, it just makes you look lazy, immature, and stupid. Link to comment

I can forgive people from spelling most words wrong, but the above chart is unforgivable. Everyday I am amazed when I see college aged 20-somethings who have no idea the difference between "your" and "you're". also "ALOT" IS NOT A WORD. IT IS 2 WORDS. YOU WOULD NOT SAY "ALITTLE" And when in game forget it..I need to type something fast it will be abbreviated hardcore! Link to comment
