I think it is just call Tactical Intervention, and I dont think ppl will like it because it looks terrible gameplay wise and the guns are to close to the face.

Is the game free to play or do i have to pay for it? I've seen some gameplay videos and i prefer CSS because of the simple controls and graphics.

It's a new retail game from the original maker of CS that he says is going to be more like what he wants CS to be but cant change due to all the whiny AWPers and assholes.
