Mic Help Anyone?

erm. i got my logitech headset to unmute and stuff, but i went to the deathrun server and no one could hear me. it worked fine under the voice option outside game in my sounds manager saying it was working, but it doesn't work in-game. can anyone help?

Is there a button or switch on the headset cord that mutes/unmutes your sound for games?

 

Other than that, try fiddling with your sound a bit more, and check the voice options in-game.

go to volume control and go to options, select recording and then check the box that says "microphone" above it. make sure you haven't muted or minimised the thresholds and levels.

its unmuted on cord. it works everywhere else. it doesnt show up on the voice mic test in the voice ingame.

If it only doesn't work in CS, then you should probably go into your Audio Settings in-game and make sure its not muted their or anything.
