Deleted files missing...

Okey I'll give out all the details.

 

I removed the partition I had and made a new one, once I made a new one I formatted it. When I had formatted I was done, and I went into my Windows XP again and installed everything I had before I formatted. I had saved text files and images that I wanted in a winrar package and uploaded it into mega manager and rapidshare. But apparently when I downloaded the winrar package from rapidshare, the files I wanted were missing and all I had was some old files in there. I went to mega manager and the winrar package was missing. I made a mistake here and I don't know how, I've done this three times now and it went fine. Now I'm looking for a way to restore these files and looking for some help, because this is a problem I haven't dealt with before, and someone else might have so I'm asking you for help. I'd really appreciate some help!
