Can you text while driving?

I dont see why I would be counting by shirt colors while driving and texting to a person who is talking but ok.

I saw the bunny, but I didn't think it was unusual. There are plenty of weird people in this world.

 

I counted 27, but then I missed 8. I didn't think I did so I took the test again and just pushed the spacebar and still missed 8.
