You can still bhop but it'll seem like you're being tugged to the right. At least that's what it's like for me. It looks like the net_graphs got switched during the update. What used to be net_graph 3 (simpler one) before the update is now net_graph 1. I might be wrong on this switch, don't quote me on this.
