Also, that's stupid as fuck. That's like wondering if it is harmful/should be illegal for people to close their eyes while looking at a light and applying pressure to their eyelids to see pretty colors. There can be ABSOLUTELY ZERO lasting negative effects of causing hallucinations (except some very slight possibility MAYBE of making yourself paranoid) when it is not through the introduction of some toxic, external source.
