Not sure how long is has been out there but I haven't seen a thread on it,

 

you don't need to pause the video like he said but just hold down your left arrow key until it starts up.

 

Then you can un-pause (if you did pause) and continue watching.

 

P.S. It doesn't work on certain videos, like some music videos, but it will for most.

 

Also, I don't think it works on embedded videos.
