I love taking showers, the hot soothing water clears the mind and allows me to think. I think of some pretty good ideas when I'm in the shower. I feel like the only place I can really take up things going on in my life is in a shower. My mind is at ease, while still being able to think about things. I could say I've had a few epiphanies about my life in the shower.

I take from 10-20 minutes generally. I really lose track of time when I'm washing, and the hot water calms my nerves sooooooooo much.

depends, I invested in a damn good water heater, and the steam /hot water relieves some of the nerve issues i have so i can stretch and try and lessen muscle cramps.
