There actually is a minigames server for GMod, named Jo's Sexy Server. It was on garrysmod.com before Garry went and screwed us over with "The community can handle itself" crap. Looks interesting, and even has most of Paul's maps.

These are all (or at least mostly) gamemodes for fretta, a minigames gmod gamemode, which i support. if your going to put up a 24/7 gamemode server the gamemode has to be worth it.

well i might aswell post it here, i heard loads of GMOD DarkRP players say that they want or would like a buildserver or a server that we can just fool around on, build loads of shit and stuff
