Some kid stole some tear gas from a cop and set it off on the main staircase in my school a year ago, I was on the corridor at the time and people were running out of the stairs looking pretty fucked up.

 

Also a guy in my class got his clothes caught in a belt sander and they were virtually all torn off, he had to spend the rest of the day in a blue boiler suit.
