Weapons skins/Models for higher FPS.

I did uninstall Norton and installed MSE.

 

Now, same fps.... Rofl

You sure you uninstalled it and not simply closed it? Because that's a big difference. (The program must be GONE from your pc, so you can't open it anymore)

Euhm now serious.

Pres CTRL + ALT + DEL (all together) so a menu will pop up, click "Task Manager".

As soon as Task Manager open, click on the tab called "Processes" and maximize the window. Take a screenshot of that window and show me the screenshot, so I can see what activities you have running that could influence your FPS.

GameOverlayUI.exe is something from steam itself if I'm not wrong. This should automatically close when you close CS:S.

 

Everything looks normal on there..

except from the fact that you have a shitton running on the background (all the "Owner" stuff). Idk if that is something what XP all needs, but yeah.. I'm using windows 7 so I can't really tell.
