How can I make my own maps?

Hey SG, I was looking at the map list and I asked myself:

 

How do you guys make badass maps?

 

So, I was just wondering if you guys could point me in the right direction to make possibly a mini-game map?

Install Source SDK and open Hammer then open internet and google hammer tutorials or similar.

And we have our own modding section where you can find tutorials for all sort of things.

Also the tut I found the most helpfull when I leart how to map was this one

go to youtube and look up "counter strike source hammer tutorial" and results should come up! I also made some good tutorials btw, if you want them just pm me...

You can always check youtube aswell, they have a lot of fancy tutorials there. ;)
