Th-thanks, and yes, that was when I first started.. I regret that. Now I'm a bit more serious though. I've even been playing on the servers less and less to focus on school, eating, and lifting.

 

Around 200x5 (~225 1RM). I have to stop for a while because by left hip started to hurt. Probably rekt by hip flexors

Also, get a pullup bar (like $20, if that) and set it on your door. Do a max set every time you walk through your doorway, and you'll be golden.

 

I can vouch for this, I was a 110 pound twig a few months ago

Doing as many as i can every few days ive become non twig like

Probably try going to a gym once summer is around the corner
