its a cool website where u get to like create a player at any postiton. train the player to the style you want it to have and that player signs with teams and can play for them. its pretty fun.

you dont play like inthe games but u control ur player and train the guy. ur like the player and his agent. and if u decide to own a team u become the GM and/or the owner. its pretty fun, just give it a chance for 2-3 days

You guys should try Football Manager 2009 (when it comes out) or even 2008 you can even be MLS teams :-)
