Course server is too dead its not worth it for me to port it. Anyway, remsopor author made 2 new maps for CS:GO.

Since I'm hella unmotivated, I decided to not do all the maps you guys suggested me. Although I have ported a map, known as mg_ski_mountain_resort_fix. It should feel exactly the same as the map was in CSS except that there are molotovs and ghetto chairs, but other than that I think it should replace the current ski mountain map on the server.
