I live at home and go to college as of now.

 

I went to Buffalo University the other day and the dorms were so nice. So one day, I'd like to live in a dorm and have roommates.

 

I got friends that go to UB. Not too far ^.^

 

 

Anyway, I think living in a dorm for your first year of college really does help you make friends / get involved. Looking back.. My first year of college (back in 2011)... Was the best. Great roommate and floormates. Also had a great RA.. Though other people might not be so lucky.

 

After the first year, I feel it's a personal/financial preference. (Between dorms/on campus apartments/ off campus apartments/commute). Some people do more work when they are on campus.. Some others like to be alone..
