[Answered] Fixed spot under forums profiles?

This is an example of a profile, my question is how to do I get that fixed part under the regular post with the picture

someone told me but how do i get a picture to appear correctly, it wont let me upload a pic from my pc

First of all, I am flattered to be the test subject kappa xd

First press on the settings icon (the gear) in the top right of your screen. Then there is a bar on the left of your screen and under "my profile", one of them says "edit signature", press that. On the bottom of that screen, it says "upload signature picture", and either enter the URL of the image or GIF, or upload a file of the image or GIF.

(This is how I got my pic in the signature)

Do note that each forum rank does have restrictions of how much stuff you can post in a signature. I don't know it off hand but there should be a post somewhere explaining it.
