It's not really a new cs It's just a free version for asia, it has the same graphics as CS:CZ so it's not amazing but if it came to the rest of the world alot more people would play CS.

No there was a rumour of a CS beta, well it wasen't a rumour beacuse you could download it from the hldsupdatetool but no one got it working apprently it's just CS:S with the Orangebox source engine and achievements + particle effects.

Well, the orange box is running on pimped out hl2 engine, and they want to make a new css on the pimped out orange box engine ..

 

Supposidly this cs will have gameplays that include capture the flag etc .. but i'd rather wait for the zombie thing to come out ( The new zombie game, like css zombie mod only an entire game, dont remember the name, also there are 100's of zombies ) not the new css ..

They weren't talking about making a new one, they were talking about updating it to the ob Engine like with DOD:S.
