The main reason is post this is not for this happenin to me, but knowing if I should call admins when it happens.

So let's say you're playing on JB(cmon what other server do I play on,) and a CT decides he wants to kill you, he types in chat or says I'm gonna kill purple shy guy. He subsequently kills you, and continues to play out the round. He slays the next round and pretends everything is okay.

Is this allowed, freekilling itself is allowed, with a slay after of course. Although if it's premeditated, is it still to be considered excusable?

Freekilling is never allowed. This is against the rules.

This is not allowed and if someone is doing it post a player complaint with sufficient proof (a recording at best). People have doing this as a way to harassment for awhile now and I for one harshly punish for it. Feel free to also call me in if you are having this problem on a consistent basis.
