Did anyone get their driving permit recently?

I got mine a few days ago and I'm 16! I'm from KY.

the police state that is maryland won't let u have a permit until 15yr9month, 9 months later you can get provisional license, 5 months later you finally get full license.

Driving is pretty fun and luckily I didn't hit anything! But, there are some habits I need to work on, like braking smoothly to slow down properly. I just need to stop braking immediately, unless in an emergency.

Same here, I hated driving (and I still do) so i delayed it as much as possible. You have to trust everyone that drives around you as well as pay attention to their actions. It's not my cup of tea.
