If you're talking about T:CT ratio, it should be 1:2. Maps doesn't affect the ratio.

1:2 is just said to be "preferred" within the rules, it's up to admins discretion but on harder maps like VIP or Razor most will normally let ratio go past 1:2. The 2:3 number is what our plugin enforces as a hard-limit.
