There is a difference, Zero I presume can build a pc. You want to buy an assembled one. That gives him about $500 or more leeway with his expenditures.

I was with my dad and a bunch of friends once, and we both were (I actually was only buzzed, he was shitfaced beyond belief) drunk, and the TV at the place we were staying at for a paintball game wasn't working. So we all piled into a car (driver was sober) and drove to Wallmart to buy a TV. So were in the cart area with all the automatic doors and we pull out a cart, and for some reason it was very crowded that night. He pulls it out and we get locked in next to some woman, and her cart knocks into ours lightly. He then proceeds to bang into her cart and goes "HAI LADY! YOU WANNA RACE!". He then proceeds to hit it a couple more times and then takes off into the store. I look over.... and the woman was wearing a full-body and neck brace. I lol'd.

We don't know yet if the game with be able to be supported with dedicated servers, or if it will be hosted by ingame players, either way, 8 players max isn't alot for the number of resources a game like that will consume.

Just fork out the money for an HD Radeon 4850, best bang for the buck.

Buy all the parts on newegg, and take them to a pc repair/retail shop and they'll usually build it and configure it for you. If you know what to look for you'll save atleast $500.

T.M.P. If you haven't changed any hardware as of late you could probably chalk up the causes to worms and fragmented files. Personally I just wipe my whole system clean, but I know how to reinstall necessary drivers and configure hard drives, so you're best off right now just investing in some AV and defragging.
