    hehe,

     

    well I did about 2500/3000 x2 metres on Monday night. Basically 2 laps of the local playing feilds which holds like, 14 soccer pitches in it easily. Still can feel a little bit stiff in upper thighs but it's fine now. How often would you do it?

    I wouldn't say real... It does sting, but not a lot. Depends where you get hit and how far away the shot was fired from. It can break skin depending if you get hit (knuckles, etc) but it's not a good enough reason to not do it. Just man up and enjoy it.

    We've had a pretty shitty winter and it's only starting to get warm here now. I think I'm just going to just be chilling with friends mostly, playing football in the park with friends, chilling with some chicks and hopefully get a decent tan. Not to mention going back to Zante in August ^.^
