I am at max RAM right now. Windows XP can only use 3 GB max and thats what I have.

The processor in this comp is an Intel Dual Core 1.8 not a D. But can I still buy that Processor?

My little annoying brother wants to upgrade some parts on his computer and my parents have tasked me with the job. I can spend around 400 to do it. He basically wants to casual game on this comp.
