Contacting steam support is all you can do, having a past receipt from a game you bought from that account will also go a long way in proving its yours. If that doesnt work you'll have to get a new account sadly. Future advise, never click on any link in steam that doesnt seem legit (Aka requires you to log on with ure steam info).

I dont think you can unless you have access to the account, although Im unsure if the billing info saves to a different steam client. I would suggest contacting steam support.

What? SA's make these choices in servers on a daily basis (Along with every other admin). How are CA's consider bigger dumbasses then SA's? lol Explain maybe, so I understand what you mean.

Usually most AO's take care of certain things more than others, Bob and Jen usually take care of complaints the most but Bob and Jen also have other things to do. Personally I think CA's should have some part in player complaints since nowadays they dont have much to do since we no longer have the apprentice program. Making new ranks would be useless when we have ranks that can do it.
