if i've flamed you ingame or on the forums, been a dick for no good reason, trolled etc then i truly am sorry. i had a shitty month IRL and have been aggravated a lot recently and shouldn't of been an asshole ingame for it. steamgamers is a great community and shouldn't be downplayed by shitty behavior like mine. so again i'm truly sorry and i hope you give me another chance to renew our relationship directed to everyone i've ever flamed, but specifically jackass and knife/hunter/whatever

well first of all, your graphics card could be fried, but i seriously doubt it because it doesn't happen that easily it's probably just a simple problem with your monitor, so try unplugging it from your computer and the wall, then plug it back in. adjust the cables on the back of the monitor so they are all the way in however, you might have a defective PSU, or one that is to weak for your system. 350watts might be enough for average hardware, but if you have a gaming computer with high end hardware, it might not cut it. lastly, check your computer temperature, and check if it's too hot. your fan could be defective
