Hmmmm just make the min reqs and if the person can apply for the title, let the CA's decide if the player deserves it or not in the end.

Why don't we just make a poll every 2 weeks and elect somebody that deserves the title. And so on.. Make people vote for it! The only requirement is Reg+ and if you look at it this way, you would only have 26 people in a year who get the title.. That's almost nobody considering the amount we had last time. I believe this is Bullet Wound's speciality (making competition threads). EDIT: Let people say one name and a good reason in the thread. The only way to make a legit vote

Idea for HG Requirements: -Make it a rank that can be achieved without having to pay for it. -3 years in SteamGamers. -2,000+ posts (cannot be achieved in a month.. inb4 "Challenge Accepted"). -Ingame minimum 100 hours of gameplay on Steamgamers servers (if you can check this.. maybe trough store idk). -Free for Italian Jew. Don't make it SA+.. You guys get all the good stuff

Since this is getting really big again and it's obviously fun to do.. Here it is! Gmod Tower mod! GMOD TOWER IS... a project comprised of many different unique gamemodes hoping to build a diverse community. Essentially, the server (or tower) acts as a base for all the gamemodes it contains. You are not limited to one type of gameplay. The community forms what makes the tower interesting and the community controls how it's ran. In the tower, you will have access to personal suites, stores, a whole batch of unique gamemodes, and much more. There are plenty of well-thoughtout features/systems for your convenience. Trading, grouping, gamemode queuing, awards (similar to achievements), and hand-picked administrators, just to name a few.. If you have questions about the mod itself, please read the official FAQ I believe this would be a great third Gmod server, AND could actually work out. See it as a minigames server on Gmod and has purpose and fun outside the games too. (see the skins, apartments, etc.) Please consider this! Yeah you're right Huwajux, but this is mostly (hopefully) a test. I want to try what ConnorC said btw. We don't have to do something major for the holidays but it's way better than nothing. The snowy background should be changed to something simple but not black-white :/ If you need ideas, i'll be happy to give some examples, now that my sunday is all about doing nothing while enjoying the flu. -.-
