I used to be in a couple of bands back in the day. I was a rhythm guitarist for my first band and doing screaming vocals for the second band. My vocals were kinda Atreyu style... We had a clean vocalist and I did the screaming. We never really made it far, just did a bunch of covers and wrote a couple of songs of our own.

I think I read somewhere that Matt fucked up his vocals sometime after Scream, Aim, Fire so less screaming on Fever. Poison is still their best album IMO to this day.

That's life man. I used to get yelled at non-stop and thought that I was getting treated unfairly as well when I was younger because of the restrictions I had. Right now you might dislike your parents or you're thinking of moving out, or whatever. Trust me, you're just going through what a lot of teenagers go through. You will eventually appreciate what your parents have done for you. Like putting a roof over your head, feeding you, clothing you, etc. Growing up sucks, especially with the economy we are in now, so just hang on a bit longer.

Yes, a bloopers video would be quite funny to watch.

The Poison was a decent album. Fever is terrible... Too much clean vocals and it sounded more like a hard rock album. They actually sounded metalcore in their first album.

Metallica is always a must see!

One of the greatest musicians to ever step foot on this planet. I am honored to be alive during an era or him still making good music and it is something I can tell people in the future that never got the same pleasure as us to witness his accomplishments. Of course I was not around during the 80's when he was at his greatest, but he was still great during the 90's.

Ozzfest 2006 - First and best concert ever. I got to see System of A Down play before they split up. Unfortunately I saw Dragonforce play, but it was still an amazing experience to see a lot of great bands play in one day. Buzz Bakesale 2007 - A Florida music fest held once a year around winter time. Got to see quite a bit of different alternative bands play, including Three Days Grace. Megadeth (2007) - Phenomenal performance live... It was their tour to support their United Abominations album which was new at the time. They sure gave us a good show and I will always remember it. Metallica (2009) - I finally got to see the band that got me into metal in the first place. Was and will always be one of my favorite metal bands ever. So much energy while performing and it was one of the best shows ever. Megadeth (2009) - Yes, I got to see one of my favorite bands play again. They were that good the first time. In this performance, they were just as awesome as they were back in 2007. As an added bonus, I got to see Machine Head open for them and they are also another thrash metal band that I consider good. Trivium (2009) - A pretty new-ish metalcore/thrash metal band that has amazing talent and by the time they reached their early/mid 20's, they already made 4 studio albums and are currently working on a 5th album. This band is highly influenced by my favorite, older metal bands such as Metallica, Machine Head, Slayer, etc... They were amazing live and I saw them play in their hometown, Orlando FL. Hoping to see them again to promote their new album sometime next year. I am planning on going to Mayhem Fest this August since a few good metal bands will be playing this year. I will come back and post about it if I felt that it was an amazing performance.

I think this band is fucking awesome... I saw them live and I think they are one of the better newer metal bands out today. I have been a fan of them for a while now and have all of their albums. Can't wait for the new album to roll out hopefully by the end of this year.

I listened to the whole album, twice, and I only maybe like 2 songs from it. Their older stuff is better but overall I am not impressed with this band. I prefer Atreyu over this band when it comes to whiny metalcore bands. (No offense to people that like them a lot.)
