There are many different possible outcomes. It all depends on the jury and the laws in the current state. In a lot cases, the child who viewed it will be sent to a detainment facility / juvenile prison, depending on their age. (see "sexting" on Google for some good examples) In some other cases (usually where the child is a lot younger), the parents get in trouble and get searched and their children questioned (in hopes to see if the parents were being abusive to the children or not).
