What if you had a voteban that just banned someone from CT? That way the freekiller can't freekill, but (s)he can still play on the server. That way, an admin comes on, and said admin can deal with them. At the very least, I hope my second idea is considered. Thank you for the good feedback though.

I have a few suggestions for the JB server. 1) Allow Votekick/Voteban: A lot of times I've played we get a CT or two that freekills. This is a problem because when there is no admin, the freekiller doesn't tend to leave. My suggestion for this would be to have the vote ban with different options (like mic spamming, freekilling and so on). If you had voteban you could probably set it up that the person would need maybe 75% of the same vote to get banned. 2) More player slots: I think the server is popular enough that you could add a few more player slots. 3) Automatic ratio: I don't know if you can do this or not, but it would be very useful if you could set the server up so that for every 2 Terrorists there is 1 Counter-Terrorist. That way, you lower the amount of people that go on the server and go to CT. Overall I don't feel that these would be big things to do to the server, but it should improve the server and make it a little more enjoyable for everyone.

You're clearly just a troll, but this is how it works. They main league (CHL) looks at the teams bidding for the tournament. This past season was the final in a rebuild for Shawinigan, Cape Breton just started a rebuild, and Saint John is finishing their second dominate season. (In Junior hockey it's incredibly rare for a team to be strong for three straight years). Based on those projections, Shawinigan will have a dominate team next year. There are times where the host team isn't a strong team, like last year the Brandon Wheat Kings had a free ticket in (as host), despite being eliminated in the second round of their league's playoffs. It's like that for almost every tournament though. In the 2006 Olympics, Italy had a hockey team just because they were the host country. They got pounded too. The only one that I know of that isn't like that would be the Super Bowl.

My team was eliminated on my birthday by the team I hate the most (Montreal to Boston). Canucks are in the finals though! It doesn't matter who they play, it's gonna be a great series.

Is anyone watching the Memorial Cup tournament? It's the championship tournament for the three Canadian Junior Hockey Leagues. Right now the standings are: 1st--Saint John Sea Dogs 2-0 2nd--Owen Sound Attack 1-1 3rd--Mississauga St. Michael's Majors 1-1 4th--Kootenay Ice 0-2 Saint John is automatically in the finals because they will finish first. A couple years ago the Windsor Spitfires won the Memorial Cup after losing their first two games, that was the first and only time that has ever happened. Here is the link to the tournament website: MasterCard Memorial Cup Site Next year Shawinigan (Quebec) will host the tournament, so their team the Shawinigan Cataractes will automatically be in the tournament, even if they finish last in the country.
