Ya, I got a cyst on my kidney that's a third the size of my kidney. I've probably had it since birth. It doesn't cause any problems but I still tried to get it removed. I went to the greybeards right away, though after that I started doing sidequest and did one more main quest before doing sidequest for the next few weeks again. It wasn't until I was like lvl 52 that I finished the main quest.
