Really? What's the point of that? To finally run Crysis at 60fps? That won't happen.

 

The strongest consumer computer in the world with a Triple Sli System, 3 Nvidia Geforce Ultra's or GTX's (forgot).

 

On Crysis , everything maxed and full resolution only pumped out 47fps.

 

What makes you think that a Dual Gpu card will do anything different?

 

I would stay with the GT until you feel that the games are just burning the video card out. That's when an upgrade is needed and not just because the card came out and you need to stay up with technology.

omg.. you just recommended the upcoming ATI dual GPU card and I mentioned the nvidia equivalent of it and you're saying it's overkill. Stop being a hypocrite, mkay?

 

I'll stay with the 8800GT for a while, however, if it gets good reviews, I'll step up to the 9800GX which will only cost me about $150 extra
