Lately, I have seen a lot of my friends are registering at ooVoo, which is a web-cam IM sort of thing, like Skype or Yahoo... Anyone have any experiences with ooVoo they wanna share?

From what I hear, it is a malicious program. Not sure if that is true. I'm too paranoid to touch it. A lot of my friends use it though.

its just like any other video chat programs

the only reason that it's better than yahoo, msn, aim... etc is that you get to open a room with multiple video chats with your friends but you can easily do that with stickam (with lower quality) and you have to pay for better services

 

I used it for about a month because it was fun to chat with my friends then it gets pretty stupid

I've used it like once. It's exactly the same as Skype, it's just a ripoff.

From what i hear it is pretty cool, but i like the old fasion chatting, you know actually going to a friends house and talking with him, not being lazy and turning on my webcame because i cant walk accross the road =D.

 

But i think it looks fun for people that have friends all over the world.

Anyway, I like Skype better. I use it to chat to friends from all over the world. I have friends in Japan. ^^ (The girls there are hot. [Most of the time...] O_o)

Many of my friends use it aswell. I've downloaded it it's not malicious or anything but nothing's better than stickam.
