I would say no because there is no trivia or racing or simon says or anything that actually makes it fun. Now all you can do is watch the t's until the time runs out, you can't actually "play" anything. It's just stop the rebellers. That is the only aspect for ct, and the only aspect for t is to rebel, or not.
