If it is, then pull it out and then re-insert it.Also, be sure to check your BIOS options and set "Auto" on any options related to "Detection of Drives" If none of the above works, you may get better luck updating your BIOS, so you could see if an update is avaialble for your model. If it continues i might take it to geek squad since my warranty is still good at best buy. Link to comment
