Thor132 Posted May 18, 2010 Content Count: 9 Joined: 05/18/10 Status: Offline Share Posted May 18, 2010 I am upgrading my graphics card, i would like to be able to run games like gta 4, bioshock 2, bc2, mw2, and most games without lag, even if it is on a kinda low graphic setting, but hopefully, not too low. Right now i got, an ATI radeon HD 4200 integarted graphics. I have been looking at, http://www.nvidia.com/object/product_geforce_gts_250_us.html and that does look decent for what i need. If you guys have any suggestions please tell me. Link to comment

Another option is a 4850, it would last a good year to a year and a half. I have a 5750, and it is great. Come summer time, I am getting a second for crossfire, which is an option you have later, provided you have a motherboard that can run a second graphics card. Edited May 20, 2010 by `Pepper. That's the mistake I made, I half-assed nothing besides my mobo, and now I'm paying the price... What can I say, $180 for the best AMD quad (phenom 965)+mobo+MW2? Who would pass that up? Kind of sucks though because unlike ram and gpu, you cant just "pop" the mobo out without destroying the rest of the connections and shit, basically, it'll be a bitch... Link to comment
