Actually, I said that the final product wouldn't necessarily provide the desired outcome.

 

Yes, this could mean a shitty surgery in which an ill experienced surgeon botches the job making scars grossly visible and or breasts that look completely unnatural(why i say free stuff raises flags for me), but I also meant the psychological and physical ramifications as well.

 

As I stated before, she is a bit petite so oversized breasts could certainly give her back problems later down the line and make general movement more challenging an difficult. Consider Jessica Simpson for instance. Chick can't even swing a gulf club properly because of her size, however nice they are.

 

Then there is simply the mental issues that come with changing one's physical appearance after 20+ years of having been stuck in the old. There is also the attention of others; some don't like the attention, others consider it a completely world changing experience.

 

These problems sound comical but they are very real reasons why women have breast reductions or have the implants removed.

 

My point is that for a surgery as painful as this one, make sure a lot of thought has gone into it, because the second time around is just as bad or even worse. On top of it all, that one will be on your dime.
