stupid question, BF3. MW engine is outdated, plus, all there games (to me) are just a modded version of the first MW.

This ^

BF3 is going to be awesome, while MW3 is MW2 again with new shit.

Dota 2.

Ive lost interest in buying more fps combat games like cod and bf. I just don't see the big difference in them and I quickly lose interest in playing them.

because p2p is the actual future of gaming.

dedicated servers are going to become outdated. they use too much power and for what? is every single cs:s server filled up? no. and it will never be. but with p2p it's completely efficient. there's no need to boot up a dedicated server and consume 300 watts of power. not to mention p2p gaming is what's going to SAVE torrenting. they won't be able to throttle peer technology if it's used by 30% of all video games. ISPs would lose thousands of consumers.

obviously p2p has it's downsides (ie no more server mods like the ones we have) but hopefully some games will maintain both functionality. there's over 1000 servers that are empty in cs:s, with the most useful purpose of the servers is polluting.

If they are going to do the IWnet thing again, they should atleast let the host have a Admin Feature to ban the hackers.

You do know people pay for those servers, so someone is making money from them being there. lol
